Ghost of the House – released in 2006, this was the first CD that introduced Scott Patton as the
producer. Up until now, Dan had produced all his albums. This was also the first CD released on Dan’s
new record label and publishing company, Cowan Creations, LLC (BMI). The CD featured nationally
acclaimed talent and well written and intelligently produced songs. It has been his bestselling CD to
date. The CD received two Grammy nominations.
